BC Green Party Leader, Andrew Weaver is still not tipping his hat as to which party the Greens will join with to form a majority government, but he says we will get an answer before next Wednesday.
Weaver spoke with reporters Friday afternoon outside the BC Legislature, and says the BC Greens have been in talks with both the Liberals and NDP, with a commitment to provide certainty to British Columbians by May 31st.
He says good public policy remains front and centre to the party's decision making
"We are less interested in our identity as who we are as we are in ensuring that good public policy forms the foundation of any decisions we make."
A new poll by Insights West has found 51% of respondents think the Greens should support the NDP in a minority government. While 38% think the Greens should back the Liberals.
