Here's a summer job for anyone who loves being in the wilderness.
Applications are being accepted between Friday January 18th and Sunday February 24 for the BC Parks Student Ranger Program.
The program provides 48 young adults -- between the age of 18 to 30 -- training that focuses on ecosystem restoration, invasive species control, trail building and maintenance, and outdoor education.
During this second year of the program,12 crews of four student rangers will work in at least a dozen regions across BC, including Prince George, Bella Coola, Cranbrook, and locally in Goldstream Provincial Park between Mayand the end of August.
