VicPD say there is concern for a 53-year old man whose vehicle was found parked in the 700-block of Broughton Street yesterday (Wed) morning. Parking tickets on Bernard Edward's windshield indicate the car had been there for 2 days.
Bernard is described as a 53 year-old Aboriginal man standing 5 feet, 1 inch tall with a medium build, weighing about 141 lbs. He has short dark brown and grey hair, and brown eyes. He also wears distinctive frameless glasses.
