Design Victoria, Vancouver Island’s first and only design festival, returns April 30 - May 3, 2026 for its fourth year.
Showcasing the city’s vibrant design community through more than 50 free events that span architecture, interior design, graphic and product design and fashion. “Design Victoria is helping position Victoria as a city where design matters—where creativity, culture, and community intersect,” Director Carla Sorrell said. “The festival continues to grow as a platform for ideas, collaboration, and the kind of thoughtful design that shapes how we live. It’s firmly establishing a vibrant and robust creative economy on Vancouver Island.”
The festival invites the public to explore the creative processes behind familiar spaces and products shaping the city. Through installations, exhibitions, open houses, workshops and studio tours , Design Victoria offers rare behind-the-scenes access to designers and studios typically closed to the public.
