Teachers Salute

C-FAX 1070, METRO LEXUS TOYOTA AND FAIRWAY MARKETS invite you to join us in honouring outstanding Victoria teachers. The Golden Apple award is announced on C-FAX 1070 every Monday morning during the school year. To nominate a special teacher in your life, please fill in this form.

All teachers nominated should be active in teaching from Kindergarten through Grade 12 in the Victoria area.

Winners receive a $50 FAIRWAY MARKETS Gift Certificate, a $50 METRO LEXUS TOYOTA Gift Certificate and a framed Certificate of Recognition to commemorate the award.
