ARTS LEADER OF THE YEAR - an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the arts in our community.

SPORTS LEADER OF THE YEAR - an individual who has made outstanding contributions to local sport, usually as an organizer or support person rather than as an athlete.
2009 Winner: Darren Reisig
YOUTH LEADER OF THE YEAR - an individual age 17 or younger who has demonstrated exemplary qualities of leadership and good citizenship.
2009 Winner: Paul Aussenegg
TEAMWORK AWARD - a group or team that has made major contributions to the community by working together effectively.
2009 Winner: Dr. Nigel Livingston & the CanAssist Team
911 AWARD - awarded specifically to a member of the paramedic, fire or police profession for their outstanding contribution to making our community a safer place in which to live.
2009 Winner: Greater Victoria Police Victim Services
