Saanich Police have seized over 900 marijuana plants shutting down two operations in the Cordova Ridge area of Saanich.
The raid happened Thursday night in the 5300 block of Aderley Rd. Investigators were aided by BC Hydro personnel as the two operations were diverting hydro.
A 51 year old Duncan man and a 50 year old Victoria woman were arrested and will appear in court on proposed charges of production of marijuana and production for the purpose of trafficking as well as theft of electricity.
